Compliance Guidelines
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These guidelines protect the integrity of the network for every publisher and advertiser on it. They apply to every program on Hubmikado, in addition to any rules specific to an individual program.
1.Purpose
We screen every publisher and enforce these guidelines to protect the integrity of the network — see our brand safety standards for how this shows up across the platform. Compliant traffic keeps advertiser budgets available to pay every publisher on the network; non-compliant traffic puts that budget, and your own payouts, at risk.
2.Prohibited traffic sources
- Incentivised traffic (paying or rewarding users to click or convert), unless a program explicitly permits it.
- Bot, script or other non-human traffic.
- Traffic from geographies a specific program has designated as banned.
3.Prohibited practices
- Cookie stuffing or forcing tracking cookies without a genuine user action.
- Forced clicks, pop-unders or other traffic that does not reflect a real user choice.
- Adware or malware distribution of any kind.
- Misleading or false advertising claims about a program or advertiser.
- Unauthorized use of an advertiser's trademarks or brand assets.
- Bidding on an advertiser's brand-name keywords in PPC without that advertiser's written permission.
- Spam or unsolicited messaging (email, SMS, or otherwise) to promote a program.
4.Content standards
- No illegal content of any kind.
- No adult content, unless a specific program explicitly permits it.
- No discriminatory or hateful content.
5.Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, forfeiture of the related commission, suspension, or permanent termination, depending on severity. Hubmikado’s decision on enforcement action is final.
6.Reporting violations
If you suspect fraud or a violation of these guidelines, report it to support@hubmikado.com.
