Cookie Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This policy explains the cookies used across the Hubmikado platform and why.

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a site or platform remember information between visits, such as keeping you signed in or recognising where a visit originated from.

2.Categories we use

Essential. Session and authentication cookies that keep you signed in to your account. These are required for the platform to function and cannot be switched off.

Analytics. We do not currently run any analytics cookies on Hubmikado. If we introduce analytics in future, this policy will be updated to name the specific cookies and their purpose before they are used.

Tracking.Hubmikado’s core service is affiliate tracking: when someone clicks a publisher’s tracking link, a cookie records the referral so the resulting conversion can be attributed and commission paid correctly. This is a first-party mechanism required to operate the network, not a third-party advertising cookie.

3.How to control cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies through their settings. Because essential and tracking cookies are required for Hubmikado to function, blocking them may prevent sign-in or accurate commission attribution.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.

4.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
