By creating an account or otherwise using the Hubmikado platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Hubmikado is a performance marketing platform that connects publishers with advertisers, tracks referred traffic and conversions, and manages the resulting commission payments.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Hubmikado.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Hubmikado reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject or suspend any account or application.

Use of the platform is subject to our Compliance Guidelines, which set out prohibited traffic sources and practices. Violating these guidelines may result in commission forfeiture, suspension or termination.

The Hubmikado site, its content and trademarks belong to Hubmikado Ltd. You retain all rights to content you submit or create, subject to the licence needed for us to operate the service (for example, displaying your application details to relevant advertisers).

The platform links to advertiser websites and third-party network platforms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

Payout schedules, minimums and methods are set out in the Publisher Agreement, which forms part of these terms for any publisher account.

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any level of earnings or advertiser volume. We are not liable for payment failures or disputes caused by advertisers or networks outside our control. Where legally permitted, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you have paid us.

You agree to indemnify Hubmikado against claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

Either party may terminate an account at any time. Termination does not cancel amounts already validated and payable to you, but any balance still pending confirmation from an advertiser or network remains subject to that confirmation before it becomes payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
