Publisher Agreement

This Publisher Agreement sets out the terms on which you promote advertiser programs through Hubmikado and earn commission for validated results. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions.

As a publisher, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your application, including your traffic sources.
• Only promote programs using traffic sources approved for that program.
• Never misrepresent an advertiser's offer, pricing or terms to your audience.

Hubmikado gives you access to advertiser programs and shares a portion of the commission earned on the traffic you refer. The specific share varies by program and is shown in your publisher dashboard for each program you join.

Commission is attributed solely through the tracking links Hubmikado provides you. You must not tamper with, strip, proxy or otherwise circumvent the tracking parameters in these links.

A transaction must be confirmed by the relevant advertiser or network before it is marked payable in your dashboard. Hubmikado is not liable for delays, rejections or disputes originating from an advertiser or network that are outside our control.

The following payout terms apply to every publisher on the network:

• Cycle — Monthly, processed 25th–30th
• Minimum — $50
• Methods — Payoneer and Wise
• Confirmation — Balances become payable once the network confirms and pays the commission
• Reversals — Refunds and cancellations are deducted from your next balance

A transaction may be reversed if the underlying sale is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent. If commission has already been paid out for a reversed transaction, that amount will be deducted from your future payouts.

All activity on the network is subject to our Compliance Guidelines, which set out prohibited traffic sources, prohibited practices and how violations are enforced.

Hubmikado may suspend or terminate your account for breach of traffic rules, suspected fraud, or unresolved payment issues. Pending and unpaid balances may be withheld while any related investigation is ongoing.

You participate in the network as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement makes you an employee, agent or partner of Hubmikado.

You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations on any earnings received through Hubmikado.

We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
