Hubmikado Ltd (“Hubmikado”, “we”, “us”) operates the Hubmikado performance marketing platform, connecting advertisers and publishers. Hubmikado is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2.What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account and registration data — name, email address, company name and website, submitted when you create an account or apply to the network.
- Application data — details about your traffic sources and audience, and payout details (such as your Payoneer or Wise account information) submitted as a publisher.
- Usage data — clicks and tracking link activity, IP address, device and browser information, collected as part of operating the affiliate tracking mechanism and securing the platform.

3.How we use it
We use personal data to:
- Provide and operate the Hubmikado platform for advertisers and publishers.
- Process commissions and payouts.
- Detect and prevent fraud and other misuse of the network.
- Communicate with you about your account, applications and payouts.
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4.Who we share it with
We share personal data with a limited set of parties, only as needed to run the service:
- Payment processors (Payoneer and Wise), to pay out publisher commissions.
- Our email provider (Resend), to send account and transactional emails.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, to run and secure the platform.
- Affiliate networks we operate programs through (once live), where required to attribute and validate traffic.
We do not sell personal data to any third party.
5.Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (operating your account and paying commissions), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, network security and improving the service), consent where you have specifically given it (for example, certain marketing communications), and compliance with a legal obligation.
6.Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to handle queries, disputes and legal obligations. Transaction and payout records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
7.Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data, where applicable.
- Object to certain processing.
- Request that we transfer your data to another provider (data portability).

8.International transfers

Hubmikado is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
